Great buildings like this need re-invention.
Example: 100+ year old bar NW of Madison called 'Missouri Tavern' got a cleaning, bike trail and re-tooling but still feels 100 years old. Canoe put-in spot and bus back from Fulton or Indianford, food, day-time picnic tables for a beer, ice cream, soda, biking stop might all play into a resurgence.

Rubio's performance was head-scratching.
President Obama hit all the right notes and I am proud to have voted for him 4 times in Milwaukee and twice in Chicago.
