so it appears he wasnt attending an underage drinking party at all as some have implied. im also suprised only the homeowner was cited, i know other parties that they ticketed every adult there when they found an unsupervised underage drinker

justaguy ,you said he admitted to playing beer pong with the underage kids , where does it say that all i see is he admitted to playing beer pong. so what now are we all suppose to be checking other guests ids, its not that easy to look at someone and determine they not of age , why havent we heard anything about the people that hosted the party and let the underage drinkers attend.

copperguy, that was my point if they were to legalize smoking pot how would they determine when exactly someone smoked it. it s not like alcohol and only reads for a short period of time.i know people that you d swear were stoned all the time , but never touched the stuff. lol .

the only down fall i can see to legalizing pot, is there is no test that i know of. to find out if your truly under the influence at the time of an accident or if you smoked it last week and it still just shows in your system. pot like alcohol, can be abused and misused by anyone, not all people that drink are alcoholics, some are but not all, and not all people that smoke pot are pot heads with no jobs , some are. its called self control some have it some dont .

napalm, almost all mailing are done on recycled paper, for those of you who think you can do with out the post office what happens when you went to mail a card to someone with a check in it , you going to email that? the reality is not everyone has access to a computer , not everyone trust s online banking . i for one have had two major problems with both and anything important gets mailed.

gray_ghost, your mail doesnt come at the same because the volume of mail each day changes, along with the volume of parcel that are delivered. if one day the carrier has to deliver 12 parcels and the next 50 obviously your delivery time is going to change. before when the volume was high , they tried to maintain and even flow of mail , by rolling over standard mail for a light day that s why shipping is so much cheaper on standard mail it give s the flexibility to fit it into the work week. and for the junk mail complainers with out it you wouldnt get mail delivered to your house anymore , that pay s for the gas to deliver the first class mail and packages. without it you would probably forced to go to the post office and stand in line to pick up your mail, if mail volume keeps declining i can see this happening soon.

hannah , i thought u were sticking to the story? hmm another pot shot, if im the blog police for asking people to respect the wishes of the family , so be it. to me its being sympathic to the family, saying that the gazette should disable this blog before someone post s information about this family , is my personal opinion, which im entitled to. leaving it open for an phantom poster under an assumed fake name may make them look better because the public then knows. but how can anyone be sure its factual information. what danias posted about this family was a rumor , and i know this for a fact because i know this family .

danias, well you also stated it went through your whole family , so why dont you post your name address ,where you work, where your kids attend school so we can all protect ourselves against you and coming into contact with your family? i highly doubt you know this family very or you would be more respectful.

what they need to do is come up with two different ways to fine underage drinkers, if their is a minor under the age of 18 , then all adults should be ticketed , if they are an adult over the age of 18 , then only the adult underage drinker should be ticketed , adults shouldnt have to supervise and take responsibilty for other adults actions
