On Bill for damaged marble at Capitol is $18,000

This has NOTHING to do with the protests. This was done by the OUT-OF-STATE private contractors that Walker hired to replace the public workers who knew what they were doing!
Happened in December 2012, not when the protests were taking place.

This company is based in Illinois! Out-of-state cleaning company cleans the Capitol? No wonder we aren't creating new jobs in Wisconsin!
Probably took the lowest bid and got the quality they paid for!

There is a dog park and a few other designated dog areas, use those!
Paw Print Park
Fenced dog park on South Oakhill Ave. Praire Knoll Park.
Pets
Treat your dog to exercise at the City's Pet Exercise and Training Areas, where you can exercise your dogs year-round without having to comply with the leash law. They are found in Palmer Park (between Palmer Drive, I-90 and Mohawk Drive) and along the Rock River Parkway (off Afton Road). Hours are daily from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Please keep dogs under control and clean up after them. A City ordinance does not permit dogs on any public playground, bike trail, golf course or park from May 15 to September 15. Animals are never permitted on school grounds.

So why is this handbook not done? They have had 2 years to work on it, right? Isn't that a lot more time than most other school districts? It seems that this school board is quite dysfunctional if they can't put together a handbook with 2 years notice!

And who would sign a contract without knowing what's in it? Or more importantly, who would ask someone to sign such a thing with the threat of termination!

From what I found, Obama did not promote these phones. When the program opened up for cell phones, cell phone PROVIDERS started MARKETING them in order to get business. The FCC is overhauling the program because the PROVIDERS were defrauding the government.

The reason the costs for LIFELINE phones went up after 2008 is that cell phones were added to the program at that time. This had NOTHING to do with Obama as the decision was made prior to his election.

Too many people can't see the forest for the trees on this issue because they've been immersed in this "forest" for their whole lives. Look for the big picture of why Wisconsin is the drunkest state in the nation.
