According to records from jpd more than 6 out of 10 warrantless dog sniff initiated searches recovers no physical evidence. Rock County tells me they got arrests just 16% of the time. 8 out of 10 searches yield no physical evideñce. Tax dollars hard at work eroding liberty. They justify this by saying drugs were in the car at some previous time. Of course...dogs don't make mistakes.

I forsee a lot of standing around talking...of course far from the camera lens. I think they should give you full access. They could pretend Anne is stuck inside the building in this type of situation. You should be able to capture this in its entirety. Doubt it!
