? where does it say anything about any of the 4 being white you all need to read the story before you comment. incert from the story.
One suspect is described as being possibly Hispanic, about six feet tall, thin, wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and displaying the weapon.
The second suspect is described as taller than six feet, thin with light colored hair and scruffy light colored facial hair, wearing a brown coat.

When did Wisconsin make it law that you are allowed 10 over? Or any state for that matter. It is not a law it is up to the officer as to how much he or she allows you.If you are going over the speed limit by as much as 1 mph they can give a ticket but usually dont. ljs64 I agree with you 100%.

just to set the record straight the speed limit is posted 45 on hwy 51 in this area. But on 11 it is 55 it is not posted any slower. But either way everyone is in a hurry and most people do 65 or more on hwy 11. maybe if the state put more than one speed limit sign on hwy 11 people would slow down a little but i dought it.
