Cracks me up, the people complaining about their trash fee. Janesville's fee is about one-third what you'll pay everywhere else. Whether it's through taxes or fees, the cost is what the cost is. You've got it good.

ChsMkr - Janesville is certainly not the first place to use these carts. Even the larger ones are easy to roll when full. My mom (82) has a couple of these big carts where she lives and manages without a problem.

Wahoo . . . the system is more efficient. They're eliminating a truck and two people, according to the article. Doing the same work with fewer trucks and people = improved efficiency. Those complaining here about a few pennies per month more in cost are missing the forest for the trees.
