I don't care where the 4H fair is staged, but there's an 18 acre chunk of land where the Fair is now that I'd hate to see going to the land developers. That piece of land is an opportunity for the residents of Janesville to exploit. We shouldn't sell it off for housing development, or the building of some commercial property. I have a sneaking suspicion that's where some of the pressure to move the fairgrounds is coming from, but have nothing to back that up. I like the present location just fine, and I like driving past all the cars parked along the streets, although you need to be very careful.

Oh Nobleone. You are not surprised by what? That someone tried to pass bogus bills during a recession? That the JPD is concerned about counterfeiting? That there is a reward? That the suspect is black? Please elaborate for us.

I like reading the comment section here. It gives me a feel for the maturity of the citizens of Janesville. Some of these comments show me some people have very little, or no maturity, respect, or responsibility. Moderating some of these comments out would give the readers a false idea that these people don't exist.

The Gazette can moderate all they want, but moderation makes the data useless. Does the Gazette want to be known for printing useless information?

I like the new billboard signs, and I'd wouldn't like to see them turn into something frantic, like some of the smaller digital signs.

Does this mean the students get a snow day and a fun day too? It's sometimes amusing to see what rules the government decides to follow, and which ones not to.

People must think things are be going well if only 37% cared vote. I think 63% are dangerously uninformed myself.

George W Bush is an alcoholic, but he's president. Is this just another mud slinging from the Gazette? I'm going to search now how I can cancel my logon here. There's no reason to waste my time reading "news" in the Gazette anymore.
