The article clearly states that this topic is a choice. If parents do not want their children to be exposed to this subject, they should ask (or tell) their children not to choose this option. I believe it is just that simple.

I too believe that they should only post convictions (including plea deals), as I doubt highly there will be a post of the overturned arrests.

Additionally I find it interesting the JPD is using an evaluation version of the software to create the list rather than the commercial version, perhaps Win2PDF makes an exception for government agencies.

Janesville will almost certainly loose some residents, but its becoming a ghost town is highly unlikely? I believe that there is a greater change that it will, over time, become a "bedroom community" for Madison, Rockford and perhaps even Milwaukee.

joker - The information about the Allied closing was 'predicted' ten days ago in WSJ. It was also leaked yesterday by several other media outlets. It is fairly easy to be correct when regurgitating news stories.

Rock County would be called.
