Hannah, I agree with you. My folks also took me to bars as a kid and it was not something I look back on with fondness. Just cigarette and alcohol stench. I suppose at the time, I thought it was cool, but there wasn't anything else I was being taught at the time. It's not an environment for anyone younger than 18.

I was under the assumption that inmates are being charged for their "stay" at the jail. If this is the case why would they work and have to pay? I'm not taking any position, but just wondering if an inmate doesn't have a job, can they be forced to work for the city to pay back Janesville for their "accomodations"?

My feeling on it is this: If someone is undergoing radical chemo treatment, chances are they may not be working at all. If that is the case, I don't see why they can't get a script for mj to (at least) give them an appetite. I hate to see people in agony and if this can help them, then I'm for it. JMO
