I'd like to know how one county can create a law like this? So drivers are now supposed to know the driving laws for EACH COUNTY now?
BTW if I have to keep both hands on the steering wheel, how am I going to shift gears? Or turn in the headlights when it gets dark? Turn on the defroster?

More than likely she was flying around the parking lot. Seriously doubt the accelerator stuck. People just drive like a-holes in parking lots. They dont care that people and CHILDREN are walking.
Seen one of these mental midgets last sunday at Farm & Fleet. Silver Ford Ranger with one of the US Navy plates went zipping through the lot between parked cars and cutting across aisles around 30-35mph. Sure hope that bag of whatever you bought was worth risking peoples lives for.

Heres's an idea. Take the $5mil for the "much needed" childrens museum and the $750,000 for the tunnel and use that money to take care of the stuff we have NOW.
Closing the pools right in the middle of some of the hottest times of the year is such a brilliant idea.

Tom, yeah the cars are more capable of handling higher speeds. But the drivers are not. Either they are involved in WI's pastime (DUI), reading, talking on the phone, using the laptop, texting, fiddling with the nav system, putting on makeup, shaving, turning around to talk with back seat passengers, listening to mp3 players with headphones on and a bunch of other things they shouldnt be doing while driving.
Also the lack of quality driving instructions and test thats so damn easy a 12 yr old could pass it.
But I agree with a few other posts, they should be coming down harder on the losers known as drunk drivers.

Ah stoughton trailers. They even still in business? I was sooooo glad when I quit there. After building those silly trailers, everytime I pass one on the interstate, I floor it to get by it, just in case it falls apart. :-) Hurry up and get it built. Dont worry about quality, just quantity.

Once he gets out of prison (assuming he actually goes), his license should be revoked PERMENANTLY. Hell after the 3rd one it should be a lifetime revocation.
