Having taken numerous accident reports at those intersections the cause besides bad drivers.......DESIGN. The access roads were poorly designed back in the 70's for the volume of traffic.

Failing to provide info is not obstruction. Providing false info is. I have an Associates and Bachelors in Criminal Justice oh and have been an officer in J-ville and AZ for 13 years. Besides, the DA won't charge.

Having worked for JPD for years, the system is ridiculous and a waste of manpower. Even with no type of medical issue an officer has to "babysit" a person for hours. If an officer has to take a person for a med clearance you're looking at a MINIMUM of 3 hours. Ther is your tax dollars at work.

Anyone think he just finished 12 hour shift for the 4th or 5th day in a row at the jail supporting his family. They have to work ridiculous hours there. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

I recently moved from Janesville and can no longer subscribe to the Gazette. I asked about subscribing to the e-version and was told I couldn't do so without subscribing to the paper itself. I can not subscribe to the paper because I live 1800 miles away. Why not offer subscriptions to the e-version to those of us that would like to read the Gazette but no longer live in the area. I would like to see the entire paper and not just bits and pieces.

Our court system at work. He was arrested for two counts of assaulting an officer, resisting arrest, and drug possession warrants and he was still free to commit these robberies.
