Oh, the reason why the bill didn't go down carlito is because the main cost of the water bill is sewer, not water.

The water bills are ridiculous. I pay almost $200 per quarter. About triple of some that I work with in Janesville, and double of most.

You need a civics lesson Kai. It's easy to spout socialism, it's harder to back it up with facts. You conservatives want credit for everything and blame for nothing. Economic boom under clinton, conservatives said it was regan's policies, terrorist attacks under bush, that was clinton's fault. 2 recessions under bush, clinton, horrendous economic downturn that started months before Obama even took office, all obama. You guys want someone to blame for the way this "christian" nation has deteriorated blame yourself.

If a snake like Paul Ryan can't be defeated, there is no way Feingold will be.

The kid loves to play music, go to youtube and type in his name, you will see many videos of him playing on Beale Street in Memphis, and many other venues that serve alcohol and have music. He outclasses people that have been playing guitar their whole life. What is he supposed to do, play the elementary school talent show?? The only people that are going to appreciate his talent are adults.

I hate to beat a dead horse but if they are that much of a danger to society, and are basically time bombs waiting to explode and destroy another child's innocence, WHY ARE THEY LET OUT OF JAIL AT ALL? Why do people spend more time in jail for selling weed, then raping children? If you have to constantly monitor the guy, then he shouldn't be free. Is it really going to be worth it when one of them kidnaps a child and kills them? I'm not saying they should be tortured (well yes I am) but it's clinically proven that they cannot heal from this, they will always be sexually attracted to children. So it is literally a toss up weather they will be able to control themselves or not. It's like putting a vicious dog in a neighborhood and crossing your fingers that he doesn't bite anyone.

I agree with you pharm. I think we should also eliminate parties. That way, these guys have to run on issues and issues alone and can't just pander to party lines to get elected.
You shouldn't be able to spend more on an election than 10 average families combined make in a year. That seems ridiculous to me.

You should have disagreements with your leaders and your colleagues, but if it becomes immediately a question of questioning people's motives, and if immediately you decide that somebody who sees a whole new situation differently than you must b...e a bad person and somehow twisted inside, we are not going to get very far in forming a more perfect union.
