On Wis. Assembly panel approves junk food stamp bill
I second monthly and random drug tests. if you can afford drugs and alchohol. you can afford your food without needing assistance.
So how do they expect to monitor this? I think it would be a great idea that anyone on these programs send in copies of the dated receipts. or that somehow when using the quest card at the register it sends a list of everything purchased to the state for verification. At the end of the month it will be compared and if it was not used as required. the person on the quest card be required to pay back the unauthorized portion of transactions. these are just ideas because I still see no way to monitor this. Grocery employees wont do it and how would they know what was bought at different times if the card was not used fully in one trip.

Ah memories, I went to milton,I lived out in Johnstown and rode the bus. 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hour bus rides morning and night. nothing like getting on the bus at 6:30am to be to school at 8. or not getting home till 4-4:30pm. and I wasnt the first to be picked up or the last to be dropped off. such is life.
