So how do they expect to monitor this? I think it would be a great idea that anyone on these programs send in copies of the dated receipts. or that somehow when using the quest card at the register it sends a list of everything purchased to the state for verification. At the end of the month it will be compared and if it was not used as required. the person on the quest card be required to pay back the unauthorized portion of transactions. these are just ideas because I still see no way to monitor this. Grocery employees wont do it and how would they know what was bought at different times if the card was not used fully in one trip.

People would be more inclined to recycle their "e waste" if they didnt have to pay for it to be taken. e cycle strip them down for precious metals etc. so its not like they are not making money on it. I dont want to pay 10 to best buy to get 10 back i have to use there. URT u have to pay. anyone know of a place i can go and drop off at anytime that is free?

Many employers start these kind of programs because paying insurance for workers who are overweight and constantly going to the hospital is more expensive than implementing a program like this.
