A 60% pay cut is a lot better than a 100% pay cut. Either way good luck finding a job with no college or training. Most places dont pay $30 an hour to put stickers on a truck or tires on. Wake up

UAW is the worst thing to happen to janesville in a long time. $30 an hour for a GED workforce. Its a factory job for high school dropouts that pays like a job you get from going to college for 4 years. ITs not what you know its who you know. Bottom line is pay them $12 an hour. If they dont like it go to college or tech school, lots of loans and grants for education. $30 an hour for that place is a joke... Now it has all caught up and they ask for a bailout from the tax payers. In 6 monthes they would need another bailout with the wages like that.
