As a Beloit resident my whole life the transformation over the last 20 years has been remarkable, Riverfront, ABC SUpply, The Gateway, Beloit College, THe Library, Visit Beloit Center, The downtown , it's great to see the city thrive.
Are we done yet no are we perfect no, but if we all work together we can make rock county a great place to live and work.

what prrpose does it serve to take awa the license? If you lose your license for failing to pay a ticket the don't come to your house and confiscate your license. Try buying anything with acredit/debit or check without a license. I didn't even open my first checking account until i got my license.

Yes, if we have mandatory seatbelt laws we need manadtory helmet laws. If im driving my car and i hit you in a car whether or not i was wearing a seatbelt will not have an effect on your injuries. But it will if your riding a motorcycle.

Is the city aware that a front wheel drive car plowing through 3 inches of snow can cause the snow to be buried in the engine and throw the belt off the car? Ask any mechanic they will confirm this who will pay to fix the cars? They city i highly doubt it.

why rockford when Beloit has an excellant hockey organization? When we build something why aren't we spending money to maintain it? would you build or buy a house and then spend no money to maintain it whay would t look like in a few years?

For me growing up it was John Wietzel & Jerry Dunbar on 1380 WBEL-Beloit. As i got older I switched to 100 Country WJVL Remember when they Signed off @ 11pm?
Today It's Mike in the Morning on 99.9 I also switch over to the sister station for Bob's imput and features. I believe Janesville is Very lucky to havr the talen we have on OUR Station.Bob,Ken,Al, Mike , Steve, Rose, JB,The 2 Stans, Rose, The 2 Tims,Bethand anyone else i might have missed.
