You are so full of B.S. Nobody was getting 7-8%
Teachers have the best benefits around, and very good pay when you factor in the hours worked, i.e. many weeks off, plus spring break and every holiday. In a time everyone else is making less, or not working at all, they want more they just don't get it, this is a different world. Someone said earlier this is the first time our kids won't have it better than we did, if your unions don't see the writing on the wall they will follow the UAW down the crapper. People cannot afford the taxes and will revolt, we are sick of paying for a sub par education for our kids, they go to class less than almost every other Western country now, and yet they want more time off more prep time for what? Don't feed me your crap about teacher buying supplies, my GD just started kindergarten in Milton and my daughter had to buy everything but the kitchen sink to take for the class room not her including hand sanitizer that is for the entire class nothing she bought goes for her its all community even her glue and paints what is the teacher buying? I would have told the school to pound sand, I'm not buying for everyone else. My other daughter who is getting ready to graduate from college has two roommates that are education Majors who go out drinking several nights a week while my kid studies, "how can this be I asked" she says its because their classes are so easy, it's been an eye opener. I think until the school districts and teachers are held accountable for the job they do like private business, or we get an alternatives like private school vouchers to give us a actual choice and break the monopoly the teachers union has, our kids are screwed.

On GM to end 'jobs bank' Monday

Another concession we could gladly make is in the area of UAW appointees who get paid to keep the rabble unaroused. We could save a lot of money by kicking those slackers off the gravy train. For every UAW appointee carrying a clipboard GM has a white collar working hard to double the redundancy. We can afford to concede the UAW Appointees. Put them back on the line and reduce overtime in favor of full employment.

We can also concede the twelve hours of double time the Bargaining Chair gets to sit home on Sunday. Let’s concede that payoff. Instead of the company paying union offs to hide in their cubby holes, let’s put them back to work until they are called out and actively investigating a grievance. We don’t need union offs who are beholden to the boss.

On State officials are divided on taking raises

The football coach brings in many times that in revenue, any idiot should know that. The job these jokers are doing is a part time job 30 days for some states, if they would do the job pass a budget and go home they wouldn't need that much time or money.

On Rare albino deer shot in Rock County

etrain-says a deer is just deer well thats crap, and he knows it, albino deer have been protected and are protected in most of the state still. The only reason they are being allowed to be hunted now because of cwd. I have hunted 40 years and taken many deer with gun and bow but that deer is the first albino deer I've ever seen, here or out west, so don't make it sound like a normal accurance. I still don't understand why it was spoiled, did you not go after it right away in the morning? If not you should not have taken the shot at that time. I would also wonder if the weather was that warm in the first place if it was unethical to take a shot a any deer knowing that it might not be found right away. You claim to be an ethical hunter but seem to brag about the fact you have already have plenty of venison, maybe with age you'll learn it isn't always about killing.

I think this is a shame, I've seen this or a different albino deer near Lima Marsh for a couple of years while Pheasant hunting. The first time my dog jumped it at 30 yards and it was an amazing sight and took my breath away watching him run off into the woods, than last year I seen him running with about 6 other deer across a field. The last thing on my mind was shooting it, when someone told me this year it was legal I figured some yahoo would shoot it. I blame the DNR they have given up all sense of right and wrong in there zeal to kill deer, rifles in populated areas, killing ablino deer what next. I don't understand why the meat was no good, Iv'e killed many deer and not found them until the next morning, and made use of the meat. I think he gut shot it and just didn't want to mess up the deer for the mount, because thats the only reason he shot it to sell it. Its to bad more people won't get to see it alive.

It's because the Dems have been so blatant in there cheating, and they seem to imply with this lawsuit that minorities aren't smart enough to register properly, kind of insulting.

On Proposed rule would disenfranchise voters, cause election chaos

The only ones against it are the Dems. because they can't cheat, everyone knows they cheated to win the last two Presidential Elections.
Why is it only Dems. that will be affected there are lots of old men and women Republicans that supposedly won't be able to vote with an I.D. man up libs admit you can't win without the 5% paid voters in Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha areas.

Just what I thought, the plant shuts down everyone gets layed off, but the Union guys still have a job, you can bet it won't be just the President either. That is the most corrupt bunch of good old boys around, they give away jobs that are called non-core, or now the trades, but there made up appointed jobs that most people don't know even exist keep going. Plus giving each other international jobs, congrats,
even with no workers in the plant the Union can keep there jobs, they negotiated it themselves for themselves.
