In response to nowhat- the votes taken on the board regarding the plant were not for a needs study, perhaps that has already been done , they were for the facilities plan,they have been submitted to the DNR and there has been a public hearing. As you know these are the first steps of building on any project of this nature

Hey Jason Dowd you sent your kids to private school but no opportunity for any one else. I guess you feel kids should suffer in bad schools. Some parents can't afford those opportunity's. Rucker just wants all kids to succeed. Private schools can be part of that answer.
