On Which of these sites do you think would be best for a new Janesville ice arena?

please lets not get sold another bill of goods ... remember the promise of "public access" to the two new fieldhouses at parker and craig? such access was touted as being one of the many benefits the tax paying citizens of janesville could anticipate receiving for shelling out 70-plus million dollars for passing the most expensive school referendum in wisconsin history ... and today? ... surprise, surprise ... we are "granted" a few, trifling hours of public access (during the wee hours of the morning) just a handful of times a week ... in my world that does not constitute "public access" but merely another "you-weren't-so-naive-as-to-actually-believe-us" lie - just like the purported "benefits" janesville will receive for paying for another boondoogle - i.e. a new ice arena.
