In 5-10 years it is quite likely that the city of Janesville will be sitting with 2 high schools with about 1100-1200 students in each building. With the age of the current staff, they could be looking at not replacing teachers that would be due to retire during that time span. They would have to monitor it very carefully to insure that class sizes do not get out of hand, but, adjusting the number of staff to the number of students in their buildings could be the solution to their problem.

A college basketball player recently was infected with the MRSA virus and ended up having part of his foot amputated in order to rid his body of the infection. This is extremely serious stuff.

I personally know many elementary teachers in the Parkview District and you won't find a more professional, hard working group of educators. Offer a fair settlement to all of your teachers even touoght you could never pay the ones that I know enough money to compensate all that they do for the children of your district.
