Whoa! I am one who has eleven years in at LSI and dont expect the government to pay my way!However,a little help with tools and resources to excel elsewhere would be nice!Us at LSI dont make a "bad" wage,but believe me its not nearly enough to live beyond our means!Our pay is just enough to live on.The government dont have a problem feeding the mouths of families in other countries, so maybe its time they do it for the thousands of us locally who are gonna face hardships! Its one thing to lose your job,but when thousands are at the same time,where do you begin to fight for a job?

i dont think anyone is trying to be disrespectful to this poor family who has endured such a tragedy. a few of us neighbors have visited the home to leave flowers, prayers,etc, a few times times since yesterday. we do not know the pain your family is feeling but we are trying to show our heartfelt sorrow! We seen this unfol and were totally helpless just wishing we all could do something to help. Please dont be upset for the community caring and wanting to help in anyway possible! Just let everyone know what is needed for the family and we will do our best to get those things for all of you! We all are saddend and not wanting to hurt but to help!
