On Kringle proposed as Wisconsin’s state pastry

Posted on June 7 at 9:07 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

Why not just put a piece of bread on a tub of lard & call it the official pastry. That about sums up what most Wisconsinites look like.

On Creating charter school board hits roadblock

Posted on May 30 at 5:57 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

Charter schools are meant to do nothing more than steal tax payer money & funnel it to private companies directly. They are pathetic.

On BTC hopes to expand industrial mechanics program

This school is a joke.

On Wis. police officers back underage drinking bill

Posted on May 28 at 7:35 p.m. ( Suggest removal )

"Appleton police Lt. Michael Frisch says officers couldn’t cite adults who hosted an underage drinking party a few years ago because of the current law’s limits."

This statement is false & a blatant lie. It's called "contributing".

If this goes forward then we need to extend it to gun owners too. It is, after all, their fault that their guns weren't locked up in a proper gun safe.

On the plus side this will open up a new market for alcohol safes.

On DNR to waive fishing, trail fees for weekend

Only companies should be paying a fee to fish. Private citizens should not.

On Assembly to take up informed consent bill

Posted on May 8 at 11:43 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

“reasonable patient standard” to a “reasonable physician standard.”
-------------------
This part scares me & should scare everybody. It basically removes liability from the doctor & medical facility & puts it all on the patient. This is another giveaway to the medical industry. The citizens will suffer.
---------------------------
I URGE EVERYBODY TO CALL THEIR REPS & TELL THEM TO VOTE NO ON THIS.

On Walker convenes hasty meeting over job agency

Posted on May 8 at 11:37 a.m. ( Suggest removal )

So that's where part of our city's state tax refund went. Imagine that, refunds for unqualified companies. Go figure. Meanwhile cities across the state are raising taxes to cover their state subsidies (read refunds) that Walker & his cronies took away for these unqualified companies. I'm so glad he didn't (directly) raise taxes for everybody in the state!
