This is just like the IRS wasting our money. Let's concentrate on the problems we have here! How about the drunk 4th grade teacher situation in the paper today?? I want to hear about her being fired and charges being filed! The parents of those kids have to be pretty hot. Also I question the rest of the teaching staff at this school for not reporting this sooner.

It's crazy that taxpayers in Janesville are out of work struggling to pay their property taxes and then we read about this waste of money. If we have this much extra money why not help out the most needy propert tax payers by giving them a break?

It's appalling to think Eyster was a public school teacher for all these years with such extreme political views. We need someone fair and balanced in such positions.

If all we are doing is paying wages with our property taxes then we are failing as a city.

Who ever said our landfill had to make money or break even for it to exist? This is a basic service our normal taxes should cover without tacking it on the waterbill as an extra tax. If all our property tax is doing is paying the wages for city workers then we need to look at privatizing all these jobs where the cost will be much less.

The unions time and place is done in our society. Their are too many laws in place already for the worker. Unions in the public sector should never be. End public unions and we will all be better off.
One day last week I has three customers at my business that were city emoloyees on the clock that were doing personal business with. Each case I estimate an hours worth of time us tax payers paid for. Does this happen on a daily basis with them at other places too? I can say I don't have other people skipping out of work to see me. These people feel secure enough in their union jobs to do this. In the private sector this would get you fired.
Another example from a frequent radio caller in favor of unions related a story to me how when he first joined a union shop the other workers got mad at him because he was working to hard and told him only to do a certain amount of work each day?!?! He did not realize how wrong this was. Then he blames everyone but the workers when the factory closes.....

I remember a very horrific thing that happened about 1979. Two teens dug up baby graves in the cemetery with other friends watching. They reportedly even threw the skulls down hill. I know these two disappeared from schoo fora few years after this. I know one died a few years ago and I think the other is dead now too.

I would love to hear John Eyster defend all the scandals in the news and how Holder seriously lied about what he knew. Even CBS is pursuing this. Looks like the whole Obama team is on this. This attacks our every freedom.

I think the school board should be getting ready for uproar and picketing of the schools if the drunk teacher issue is not dealt with severely and swiftly. Not only for this teacher but for any others that were covering for her that day or any other day.
