'as for my comment of typical hope and change stickers..it is just a comment nothing much there my friend'

LIE

You SPECIFICALLY said those people who treat school like a daycare are 'typical obama voters'.

'it is blatantly obvious you are not qualified to comment on poverty issues or what goes on in schools..'

Did you make this illogical deduction based on my name only?? Because I have two kids in the public school and I've volunteered to help at several of their functions along the way. Like EVERYONE i have numerous friends/family in the teaching field and oh yeah...I am a product of the public school system and MY MOM HAD TO BE ON WELFARE WHEN I WAS A KID. I literally had one pair of blue jeans when I was in fourth grade. You don't think I know poverty?? You sir are simply showing you know nothing other than pure uninformed(read: ignorant) opinions and judgements.

Where oh where is my boy RAF now calling out the intolerant peeps??

'Where do you kids go to school Thompson? What would you know about urban areas?'

I reveal enough on this website, I'm certainly not going to tell the (insert comical name insinuating lack of logic or even sanity) where my kids spend their days. What do urban areas have to do with this?? Stay focused my friend...

'so one of them can tell you what some parents say about what school is for their students'

I don't doubt for one second that SOME parents use school as a daycare, but I SERIOUSLY doubt labeling all of them as a 'typcial obama voter' would be anything but delusional.

Also, what joe said.

'Some parents expect the school district to take care of their kids. Typical Obama voter who drives a car with a Hope and Change sticker.'

'Must we ignore our emotions, Tim?'

That's how you started the ignorant comment.

'You certainly would control that emotion even though satisfying it would bring you great personal satisfaction, I'm sure.'

Is how you finished it. Yeah, I need to slow down and read...OR...you need to stop commenting directly at me and then switching to generalities.

Idiots above too man. We all have our perspectives I guess, but I most def think that comparing the average Joe to a pro ball player is silly. To call others idiots for having an opinion would be more idiotic than any opinion one may have.

Did you just assume that me actually killing someone would bring me 'great personal satisfaction'?? Yikes, that example is almost scary, and most def a bit sad. I shouldn't have to explain that we OBVIOUSLY have to control some emotions, such as the one you listed, but those aren't the emotions we are talking about here Bill, and you know it. We are talking about the emotion, or attraction of two human beings being in love and wanting to get married. You say that even if we can't control who we are attracted to, we can control how we react to that attraction. I agreed with that point and simply retorted that I'm glad I don't live my life where the emotion we are discussing in this thread(love & physical attraction), have to be controlled. My beautiful wife is also thankful, I'm sure.
