It will take ten years to build so it won't help us now.
We need to use renewable resources but they are expensive and won't be ready for 10 years.
At our present rate of doing anything, looks like we won't be doing anything because we can't wait ten years. Go figure?
Maybe in ten years it won't be a problem since we will be using candles.

This is a celebration of the Birth of our Nation and there are those that want to shelve it. Yes times are tough and they look like they will get tougher for awhile but we as citizens of this community should be able to scrape the money together to help the Aqua Jays, if they decide to hold the program. One less soda, one less beer, one less pack of smokes, one less of this or that and we could provide the funds. Yes, a lot of people need every dollar they make and that is understandable but we need to remember this is a celebration of our country's birth, a rememberance of the sacrafices made by the founders then and all the citizens of this country since. We need this to bring the spirit back to life in this country and hopefully it will last for more then one day.

The bill that was forwarded to the Senate should not only be killed it should be buried 6' under.
The more you read and find out about this bill, you wonder if the composers of this monstrosity had a brain between them.

This was just CYA AND NOTHING MORE.
Now, does this mean that there can no longer be a Christmas play at the school? Will there no longer be the School Christmas Choir,singing Christmas music that people actually know? Does this mean that there can no longer be any type Christmas Decorations in the hallways, classrooms or in the administrative offices or any place on the school grounds? Are all religions prevented from displaying anything that pertains to a particular religion? Have we become to scared of our own shadow that we might offend someones belief? Shame we are going down this road because with the help of organizations like ACLU, we are in the process of destroying religion by making it a crime.

I must shop at different stores as I have never been treated rudely at any of the stores nor have I had to wait in a line for 35 minutes. Must be one of the lucky ones. What is the secret to being treated rudely?

Dem's created many of the problems and they have used it as an excuse to get re-elected saying they would do something but for some strange reason they never have. Yes they really cared for the little people and yet have spent years do nothing also. The blame belongs in both camps.
Social Security was in the hole before it even made it's first payment.
Medicare/Medicade was let run amok with minor attempts to fix but if it did get fixed, they would lose a vote getter subject.
The current plan will only increase the problem if the real truth be known but that will never happen until after the fact. And then, the blame game is on again and the parties will use it as an excuse to get votes so they can stay in office to fix the problem. It never stops-------it is just continued on year after year...
