I like the fact that you will attend to the issue of legislation prohibiting "negative" advertising....including those disgusting "Robo-Calls". (While you're at it....get rid of 'out-of-state' special interest group money financing local campaigns). The people of the 43rd....to their credit....were smart enough to look beyond the "gutter" and voted accordingly!

Now roll your sleeves up and get to work! All the best!

If your campaign uses negative ads, direct mail smears and "robo" calls to mislead your constituents.....THEN STOP IT!

Just show up to the public debates and discuss the issues! My hope is whoever gets into office will spearhead legislation to make all negative advertising, special interest (527) smear campaigns and "out-of-state" contributions to candidates illegal! Check out the "money trail" of candidates from the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign at www.wisdc.org...then VOTE!

I voted early in Milton Township....and it was a breeze! I'd recommend voting early and then volunteer on November 4 to help those who need ways to get to the polls and/or assure that everyone's vote counts!

Whether you choose to VOTE early, or on Nov. 4....exercise your RIGHT! It feels GREAT!!!

In Wednesday's October 24 edition, on page 2A, "Names In The News".....the photo under "Hometown Hero", I just didn't get. Could you please comment on the "cutline" and the relationship of it to the photo? (I don't see Jim Lilburn or 50 neighbors....)
