On Edgerton eager to see Fulton Square finished

I would think that they may attract some people from Madison. The price is right. Forgive me but what is sooo bad about Edgerton?

Madison - moved to Janesville and I like it here with the conservatives. It was really nice to go to the Rock County fair this year and not need to worry about gang bangers with their pants hanging down past their butt like you see at the Dane county fair!

I hear so many negative comments from people here but the town seems relativly safe to me. The forth ward is nothing compared to Allied Dr. in Madison.

I would gladly pay a $5.00 fee. I think people are over reacting here. I wonder how many of those that have complained about this fee will buy bottled water today? hmmmmm

On Homeowners worry about paying for heat this winter

If you set your thermostat to 73 then the furnace will run until it gets the air temp to 73.

If you set you thermostat to 83 it will not make your furnace run hotter. It will make the furnace run until the air temp is 83.

They need to think of ways to reduce cost by shutting down registers in bedrooms and just heating the main living areas. Set the temp to 65 and wear sweaters. Plastic on the windows. Caulk the cracks etc.

It is silly to just turn the temp up to 83 and complain about the cost.
