I'm pretty sure the people that helped him get out were just being good citizens and helping someone after an accident.

I heard some of this on the scanner last night. They have a description of the guy and one of his shoes lol. And since they have the car and license plate, I'm sure they will get their man soon.

I hope they pass it this time. I was very angry when I heard they got shot down the first time. My wife had a good point. It seems that only the people that are against this are out and getting heard. We need to have some people around that are FOR this out there speaking their minds, not just complaining on the internet.

Just got home from up north and went through this mess. Medflight came and about 6 ambulances. Looked like a black Trilblazer had rolled in the median. Then, about 1/2 mile south from there, there was a van in the median and the police and paramedics had someone out on the ground doing chest compressions. The van didn't look like it had been in an accident or anything.

There was no mention of a spill and the first story said someone was coming to pump the tank out so they could flip it back over.
