The blotter

By TED SULLIVAN   Thursday, November 19, 2009 - 3:12 p.m.

Aren’t they protecting the president?

A Janesville woman told police she wanted the Secret Service arrested for poisoning her food.

Hi-ya!

A suspicious man was hanging around Chatham and Conde streets in Janesville.

He was carrying two or three grocery bags.

He also had a samurai sword.

His deer season opened without a bang

A man on County A outside Janesville reported a theft.

Three different tree stands were stolen out of three different trees.

Obviously, the poor woman was confused. It was the CIA that was poisoning her food. The Secret Service does not have time for that. Apologies for getting Seinfeldian here, but if you already know about it, is it really a secret service?
