Cooking for two

I love to cook.

I enjoy exploring tastes and textures. I enjoy experimenting with culinary techniques. And most of all, I enjoy sharing my delicious results with others.

It’s no surprise, then, that my boyfriend has come to relish time spent in the kitchen with me. After all, he gets to learn a little something and savor the fruits of our labor, and I get to try my hand at new concoctions and spend time with my sweetie. It's sort of become a romantic (and tasty) twist to our relationship.

Sunday night was no exception.

We went Hawaiian, assembling colorful kabobs and cooking them on the grill—and even drizzling them with homemade sweet-and-sour sauce.

It was a delicious—and healthy—way to end a wonderful weekend, and I definitely think we’ll be adding this our recipe collection.

What dishes do you enjoy cooking with your significant other or your family? What do you like about cooking? Or, if you’re not much of a home chef, what would make you try cooking more often?
