Expected enrollment drop is reality

Last week, we reported the enrollment drop of 176 students in the Janesville School District. In Evansville, enrollment did drop by 25 students, but the district was projecting a slight decrease, Superintendent Heidi Carvin said. Public art popularity

It seems like public art projects are all the rage the last few years. It all started with the cows, I think. Several area projects have ensued, including the Chevys in Janesville and horses in Lake Geneva. This year Evansville got in on the fun with windmills.
