The Chicago Province of Jesuits released a statement Friday after learning of the federal charge filed against the Rev. Donald J. McGuire, a renowned priest who was once the confessor to Mother Teresa.

The statement, attributed to the Rev. Edward Schmidt, says:

The Chicago Province of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) learned today that Donald J. McGuire has been taken into federal custody pursuant to federal charges alleging that McGuire traveled interstate and in foreign commerce for the purpose of engaging in a sexual act with a minor.

We have cooperated extensively during the course of this federal investigation by providing records and other information to the United States Attorney’s Office. We have also made Jesuit officials and representatives available to Assistant United States Attorney for the purposes of the investigation. Additionally, with regard to complaints against Donald McGuire, the Chicago Province has been fully and proactively cooperating with law enforcement officials in Wisconsin, Arizona and Cook County, Illinois.

We appreciate the efforts of the United States Attorney’s Office in aggressively addressing issues relating to sex offenders. We pledge to continue to work proactively and aggressively with law enforcement agencies in all matters relating to this case and in any case of sexual abuse by any member of this Province.

Above all, we express our apologies to any persons who have been abused by a member of this Province and urge anyone who has been injured or abused to contact the appropriate law enforcement agency and the Rev. Rick Millbourn at (773) 975-6363.

AMDG! The Jesuits are an OPEN book society unlike the Opus Dei who are secretive about the list of their members and WORLD DOMINATION agenda see the John Paul II Millstone for details www.jp2m.blogspot.com The Society of Jesus have always cooperated with the governments unlike Cardinal Mahony who intentionally covered-up HUNDREDS of pedophile priests and to avoid testifying in LA courthouse he paid off $600 million for LA pedophile priests instead of the original $1.2 billion asking settlement price. The Jesuits have an OPEN line to handle any abuse cases unlike other religious orders who tried to cover-up their pedophile members. The Jesuit Suppression of a hundred years is being revisited (and repeated in mutated form as history repeats itself) today by Pope Beneict XVI and the Opus Dei targeting the Jesuits as expounded in the John Paul II Millstone www.jp2m.blogspot.com and www.pope-ratz.blogspot.com
