From the National Weather Service:

A winter weather advisory remains in effect from 6 am Wednesday morning to 8 pm Wednesday evening.

Snow will develop this morning across south central and portions of southeast Wisconsin, mainly between 6 am and 10 am. The snow will be moderate at times later this morning and early afternoon. Between 3 and 6 inches is expected to accumulate by mid to late afternoon.

The snow is expected to diminish to flurries this evening. Gusty northwest winds in its wake will result in areas of blowing and drifting snow.

A winter weather advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

I agree Rose, I drive slow because I don't feel like spending money fixing my car when I end up in a ditch. If people tailgate me, I drive even more slow.

stuckhog~I know, I'm a 12 hour night shifter. But you have to admit there are less people on the roads at night. Making it a little easier to get around!

I just shoveled an hour ago and have to go back out and do it again! UGH!! But then sledding and snowmen come after that! YAY!

Hey can I be arrested for snow blower abuse if after the 20 millionth time of it clogging up I decide to give it a good swift kick and throw it over to the side to get my trusty shovel?

And the shovels are calling to me darn it because that darn ole snow blower that hates me is taunting me... and I still have over 3 hours of work to go before I can even head out on to the "snow covered" roads. Ugghhh... LOL

gabby that's a great idea for those who work 1st shift not so great for us who work 2nd or 3rd shift. I think we should hope for the no snow on the roads or sidewalks. :-)

I wish it would only snow at night, when the majority of people are off the roadways. Then have the roads cleared by morning when everyone needs to go to work. But that is my fanatasy world! LOL I wanna move to South Padre for the winter!

I'm dreaming of a Green Christmas! :)LOL JK I don't mind the snow except having to get out and drive in it when it is at it's worse, which always seems to be when I am leaving work... Do you think we could put in an order of snow only on the grass and trees and not the roads and sidewalks? (My back could use the break from shoveling also)
