I-90 re-opened after jacknifed truck
BELOIT--Southbound Interstate 90/39 has been re-opened after a semitrailer truck jackknifed near mile marker 186 late this morning, Rock County Communications spokesman Mark Elland said.
Elland advises travellers that the Interstate will be slow and drivers should use extreme caution.
The Janesville Gazette staff will keep posting road closings and conditions as necessary.

I have spoken with several police officers, not just in Janesville, and they aren't in agreement with the ticket thing but they are just doing the job they were hired to do. Be nice to them when they come to your aid.. WE need them very much..

I heard on the radio that if you went into a ditch and a cop showed up you would get a ticket. I went past this jacknife and about 1/4 mile behind it was a state trooper in the ditch with a county plow trying to pull him out, did he write himself a ticket?

Just be careful out there. Some people are out their for their jobs and don't have the choice to stay home.
