Dangerous wind chills expected
UNDATED (AP) - Dangerous wind chills are expected in Wisconsin this weekend.
The National Weather Service says the wind chill could plunge to as much as 50 below zero in northern Wisconsin Saturday night. Elsewhere the wind chill will range from 20 to 40 below.
Meteorologists say wind chills this low can cause frostbite to exposed skin in less than ten minutes.
A strong cold front moves through late tonight, bringing the frigid air and windy conditions to Wisconsin. Temperatures should start to drop by later Saturday.

It is amaizing how all you people are so glad to be out of Wisconsin, yet you spend all your time reading the Janesville paper. Must be really fun where you are at. We miss you.

I agree with rawhide. I may be moving to Kentucky in a year or so and that is one of many things that I will miss about Wisconsin! The climate change is part of what makes this state fun to live in.

I've been in warmer climates during the winter and over the holidays in years past, it just doesn't feel right. And there's just nothing like getting to experience all 4 seasons! Diversity rocks! Putting up with the bad weather makes the good weather all that much better when it arrives.

I am with you guys. More people should really check into UHaul. You can move out of that horrible weather. I moved to the South right after college. I will take the hot summers (I can sit in my pool with a beer) over that wind chill crap anyday. I don't miss the "Season Changes" either. In fact, I got a tee time tomorrow.
