Parental pornography case delayed
JANESVILLE—A preliminary hearing for a Milton couple accused of exposing their 8-year-old daughter to sexual acts and pornographic material has been postponed because neither defendant has a lawyer.
The hearing for Lisa and Jeff Wickline, 1006 W. Madison Ave., Milton, was supposed to be Tuesday. Instead, the court commissioner scheduled a status conference for 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30. If the Wicklines have lawyers at that time, the court will set a date for a preliminary hearing.
The Wicklines are charged with exposing a child to harmful material and causing a child to view or listen to sexual activity.

they have their own company,so that will probally not entitle them to a public defender.it's really to bad that they are out on signature bonds and not sitting in a cell , maybe then they would try harder to get lawyers.this is only my opinion but crack is more important to people like these 2.can any one answer why she had that little girl after her arrest in july for abuse ??

It probably means at that time the court will appoint a public defender.

So does that mean if they do not get an attorney then they will not have a hearing?
