JANESVILLE--The Rock County Public Works department announced today that County A from the Janesville city limits to County H is now open following completion of utility construction by the city.
That road is open, but Austin Rd off of Hwy A toward Mineral point road is closed. (Near Parker High School.) Just in case you take Austin Road from Hwy A to West Court Street.
