MADISON--The United States Attorney's Office announced Monday that federal drug charges have been brought against 10 men after a 1 1/2-year investigation by the Rock County Safe Streets Task Force.

A federal grand jury returned six indictments charging eight men and two criminal complaints against two other men. The men were arrested May 15 and 16.

The charges include conspiracy to distribute cocaine, distribution of cocaine and possession with intent to distibute cocaine.

Nope! Met her when I was living in Texas and yes she is legal. Point I was making is language has no bearing on the case like other people have implied.

Hey peechy,

Was your wife a mail order bride?

Sorry localboy I didn't know that not speaking english automatically made you a bad person. By your thinking since my wife didn't speak english when we met and not much when we married that means she was illegal. In truth 100,000 thousands come her legally each year not knowing how to speak english and there are millions here illegally that do speak english, thus the language you speak has no bearing on the case.

Pardon me for suggesting that men who chose cocaine and the inevitability of prison over their families aren't too bright. What was I thinking? If I've offended any of these hard working, english speaking, family men, cocaine dealers forgive me. Though I admit the fact they're willing to do work us lazy Americans aren't doesn't mean squat to me.

Oh by the way, a one and half year investigation is not some one time drug deal. These guys probably were players in the network. I don't think they just got "wrapped up" in all of this. This was a calculated and sophisticated drug ring. I am sure they were doing it for their families, so they could give them a better life. If they were so hard working, why did they have to deal drugs?

Are you kidding? Who cares if they don't speak English? First, if they don't speak English, it is a good chance they are here illegally!! They broke one law getting here, so why would they not break some more when they are here?? They get the jobs they have because it matches their skill level and communication talents. Americans would be doing them if they paid decent, but they don't pay, so we don't do them. They pay low, so they go to the illegals who will do anything to stay. If American's are so lazy, how did we become a superpower in just 100 short years? We kick the world's butt, and we are just a small country comparitively. Isn't funny how family always can't understand evil? They are never bad people, they just are hanging out with bad people. They are never trouble makers, they just get in to trouble. A duck is a duck is a duck. They always just seem to make a bad decision. It takes more than a bad decision to be dealing drugs. A bad decision is running a red light. Bad habits and bad thinking is dealing drugs. Lock them up!

Also the paper said... Local and federal authorities arrested the suspects last week... keyword... SUSPECTS... that doesn't mean they are guilty!

Like I said Br1967 ... who made u judge and jury... u know nothing of these guys only what u read... and what says that is the truth.. goes to show u .. u know nothing not one or them even drive an explorer or yukon.. some don't even own a vechicle.. but it is all besides the point... if it is proven they did the crime they will do the time but until then... anyone and all r innocent until proven guilty... so back off... I'm sure ur background isn't perfect!

after 1 1/2 years investigation these guys are innocent? whatever...they weren't arrested by rock county cops. Who cares if they are illegal, legal, speak english or what. Like my parents told me if you hang around loosers you are a looser too! What kind of example did these guys leave for their children. It's a vicious cycle. If they were so hard working then they wouldn't have had to resort to selling crap (unless they had to pay for their spinners on their Explorers or Yukons).

I can't believe what most of u people leave for comments... I always thought u were innocent until proven guilty... so who made any of u judge and jury... How many of u posting comments actually know any of these men? How many actually know anything about them or if they have real jobs, who they really are? Before judging, maybe u all should look in ur own backyards to see what kind of dirt u have or have had in ur past... I will say that anyone that knows these men, would argree that most of them are legal, or born here.. yes a few are illegal.. they have been charged with crimes, but it doesn't say who was charged with what, or if the charges will stand... I was reading Share what you know, which I could probably tell u something good about each of these men.. as until they are convicted and proven guilty.. they are human. Humans make mistakes! But it doesn't mean they are bad. I know u all have read stories about someone who spent years in prison and later found all along they were innocent. I know how these me are feeling right now as I have been in there shoes... my name was all over paper, I had charges, etc... but I was innocent, I was in the wrong place at the right time...but that is all past... u want to know more about some of these men... they have families, most work good paying jobs, they have kids and wivies they love dearly, most are legal, How do I know all that? Cuz I'm someone's babies momma, and more them ones friend... does that also make me bad, are u going to judge me now, are ur going to judge their moms and all their family members... Shame on u all. And oh yes... they all speak ENGLISH!

mbird425 i didnt say that it was okay that they did the crime if you read it right but they are very hard working men and they get the jobs because stupid americans are lazy and dont want to do the work and what does this have to do with piss tests? and as far as race look at all the crimes white people do or are you one that believes that white people dont do any harm to anyone this shouldnt be a race issue cause white people sell drugs too so you dry up your tears and shut up

white, black, brown, yellow or whatever their color...SHAME ON THEM! I tell you part of our problem is society is we let people off when they commit crimes with slaps on their hands. Our prison system (I know first hand when my ex-husband was in a Wisconsin prison) is WAY TOO EASY! I remember him saying it wasn't too bad and he'd do time again! That is just wrong. If young kids were taught that if you commit a crime you are punished severely and jail is not a "walk in the park" then maybe more people would be afraid to do the crimes. We shouldn't give prisoners so many rights and "treat them well". I say put them in a small cell, push their daily food through a slot and let them sit their day after day and think about what they did. My ex was in a medium security and he had tv and a radio and pretty much all he wanted (except freedom). God forbid an inmate thinks he is being treated wrong and he starts a grievance! Maybe we should be more like other countries: you steal; they chop off your hand. I'm sick of seeing $ wasted on these creeps (whatever their race or crime)! Maybe we should pull our troops back to our own pathetic country and clean up our own homeland. In my dream we would send the military into each and every home snatch up unlawful weapons and drugs put all the criminals on a boat ship em to an island and let them rot there! And I'm not talking about just these guys, I'm talking about sex offenders, drunk drivers who after numerous DWIs have killed someone, muderers...ALL OF THEM! Sorry, this is just my belief.

mii_amor...talk about being ignorant....selling cocaine is nothing to be proud of. They have to take those jobs that no one else wants because apparently they cannot pass a piss test to better themselves or their families. If they are worried about prison time and leaving behind their families. They should have thought about that before they sold the crap and took the chance of being busted. You do the crime, you do the time. No matter what race you are. So dry up the tears and preach to them instead of everyone else that understands they committed a crime.
