JANESVILLE--East Court Street, between Garfield Avenue/Ruger Avenue and Forest Park Boulevard, is scheduled to be closed to through traffic Tuesday through Thursday for utility construction, according to a city of Janesville news release.

Through traffic will be detoured around the closure on Ruger Avenue and Ringold Street. Local access to residences within the closed section will be maintained throughout the construction, according to the release.

The construction will repair a section of the city’s sanitary sewer system.

For more information about the closure, contact the City of Janesville Engineering Division at 755-3166.

Isn't amazing how much utility work can get done in this city with stimulus money. And I don't have to hear the same tax payers bitching over and over how the city is taking them to the cleaners.
