Suspect tied to old murder cases
MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports Milwaukee police have arrested a suspect in connection with the killings of seven women over a 21-year period that started in 1986.
Police spokeswoman Anne E. Schwartz would not confirm an arrest Monday but told The Associated Press police were talking with a "person of interest."
The police department scheduled a news conference about the case for Monday evening.
The newspaper reports a 49-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested Saturday.
Police Chief Edward Flynn and district attorney John Chisholm announced the investigation four months ago. They say DNA evidence linked the seven deaths to one person. The victims ranged in age from 16 to 41, and their bodies were found between 1986 and 2007.

Innocent man? No one is innocent when you factor in karma!
But perhaps you'd like to tell the sad tale of false conviction that you so desperately hint at, hmmm?

Too bad an innocent man spent decades in prison for one of these seven murders.
