Police: Suspect in hit-and-run commits suicide
NEENAH — Police in eastern Wisconsin say a 52-year-old man suspected of hitting and killing a woman in the parking lot of a Walmart store has taken his own life.
The Neenah Police Department found the van they believe hit 56-year-old Wendy Danke on Friday. At about the same time, police heard from the Portage County Sheriff's Department, which was investigating the suicide of a man at a county park.
Police say Edmund T. Wysocki left several notes saying he was the driver in the fatal hit-and-run. They say he expressed his remorse and said he fled because the van wasn't insured and he thought he was over the legal limit for alcohol. He wrote that he wasn't willing to go to prison.
Police have confirmed that Wysocki owned the van involved in the hit-and-run.

916WI and freebird007 - this story has nothing to do with politics or Ted Kennedy, so why bring it up? Stop being bitter and let these families grieve.

Except if that person judging was a democrat and we were talking about Ted Kennedy. In that case killing someone is comparable to a "honest mistake" and should be completely overlooked.....

Self justice. Take a life, Take your own. had the guy not killed himself you all know you would be screeming that he should go to prison forever or have a death penalty.
