State warns business, government about scam
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The state of Wisconsin is warning business owners and city governments to watch out for a scam involving fake invoices for telecommunications services.
The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection says businesses and city government offices around the state have recently received $425 invoices for a "telecom maintenance agreement."
The apparent invoice comes from a company in California, even though no purchases were made from the business.
Written complaints have been made by the cities of Eau Claire and Racine and businesses in Waupun, Green Bay and Elkhorn.
The state's Consumer Protection Bureau says it has sent the company an official warning concerning their violations of state and federal laws prohibiting solicitations disguised as bills.

Mouse - Can you possibly stay on topic just once? Do you have a thought of your own? Yes, we know you like free loading of off others because you don't understand the meaning of hard work. We also know you like to throw out the education trump card constantly when you can't even put together a complete sentence or use words in their proper context. I have called you out so many times on this it's comical. Then you comeback with the usual response one does when they just got schooled. NOTHING.

We know you hate Walker and Rebublicans. We know you have a man crush on Walker because every single post is related to that. The difference is, it doesn't matter who is in office. You will find a way to hate whomever it is. Why? Because you are miserable and filled with negativity. Why Mouse? Why are you so angry all the time? Your personal issues or where you are at in life is not the fault of others. It's personal accountiblity. It's about having a vision and goals and striving to reach them.

business's can get away with whatever they want. they want less regulation, so they can keep "scamming" the common people, but, let a common person do something wrong or tell a lie, BINGO!! JAIL TIME!!!

Also, I bet whoever is the voice of Rachel has never admitted it because she would probably be harassed day and night for what she has done.

They tell me that they can't make Rachel stop because the calls are forwarded through numbers that don't belong to the company making them.
