Wis. real estate broker cleared in John Doe probe
MILWAUKEE (AP) — Prosecutors have cleared a Milwaukee commercial real estate broker in a secret investigation into activities during Gov. Scott Walker's tenure as county executive.
An attorney for Andrew Jensen said Thursday that Jensen and the firm for which he works, Boerke Co., have been informed by the Milwaukee County district attorney's office that they are not targets in the nearly two-year probe.
In a statement to the Journal Sentinel, Jensen's attorney says his client has "fully cooperated and has truthfully answered all of the investigators' questions." The probe has already led to charges against three of Walker's former county staffers, one appointee and a major campaign contributor.
Jensen was arrested last December in relation to the probe, known as a John Doe investigation, but released without any charges being filed.

Didn't we go through this in 90's during the Clinton administration a lot of wasted money for political reasons?

Do conservatives love it when the facts prove them wrong?
And by the way, water is wet and fire is hot.

Wislady Now telling someone to focus on the story gives me a laugh this morning, as you must not proof read your comments in many stories, There are more arrests to come in this investigation and Walker will eventually be publicly announced as the main Rat in it. And it is part of this article to comment on Walker as it all leads back to him as that is why it started. BLAME Walker FOR THE COST he is the one that is the reason for this cost to the people that comprehend the truth. As to Obama he is not part of this. Obama 2012 and Good bye Scooter.....

Junior, a recall effort was made against Doyle but didn't have the support and died quickly.

Just like they are spending all my taxpaper dollars for a recall. With everything that Doyle did (or didn't) do we should have recalled him also. I stand for Scott Walker!!!!

Wislady, I expect you chastise Midnight_Ride for going off topic and bringing up Obama the same way you chastised Sarah.

Yep......maybe they'll officially announce that he's a "target" after another couple of years of intense investigation and after spending a couple more hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars:)

wislady - Focus on the fact that Walker set up a defense fund, only allowed if he's involved in the investigation.
