A Janesville man faces felony charges and is accused of leaving a man overdosing on heroin on the ground in a Janesville park in September.

David J. Gonzales, 26, of 4700 E. Highway 14, No. 12, is charged with party to second-degree recklessly endangering safety and party to delivery of heroin. His girlfriend pleaded guilty to similar charges earlier this month.

Janesville police were dispatched Sept. 14 to Lustig Park where they found a man without a pulse sprawled on the edge of the parking lot, according to the criminal complaint.
