Both lanes of Highway 104 have reopened between Evansville-Brooklyn Road and County C, in Rock County, at the Green-Rock County line, according to a dispatcher at the Rock County Communications Center, Janesville.
A one-vehicle rollover, with a female pinned inside, happened just after 6 a.m. Live downed power lines were near the vehicle, the dispatcher said.
Traffic was not rerouted.
