Man arrested on numerous charges Sunday in Milton
MILTON—A Milton man is in custody at the Rock County Jail after being arrested Sunday afternoon at his home in conjunction with a felony domestic violence incident that took place Jan. 9 in Milton, according to a news release from the Milton Police Department.
Patrick J. Tomlinson, 33, of 628 Skyview Drive, Milton, was arrested on charges of two counts of substantial battery, strangulation, false imprisonment and disorderly conduct all with domestic violence enhancers, the release said.
Officers took Tomlinson into custody around noon Sunday at his home without incident from the Milton Police Department and deputies from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, according to the release.
