MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Gov. Scott Walker will tour flood damage in the city of Superior. Walker’s office says Friday that the governor will travel to the area on Tuesday morning to view damage from flooding that occurred on June 19 and 20 after heavy rains. Walker has spoken by phone to

Superior Mayor Bruce Hagen about storm damage in the city. Walker says the state will determine what resources are available to assist after damage assessments are completed.

Walker’s office says he’s waiting to visit next week to avoid interference with storm recovery operations.

Expect no help from Walker - Note the counties which supported the Recall; Madison, Milwaukee and a cluster by Superior.

Temporary Governor Scott Walker will either fall to the Recalls or the FBI - finishing his term is not in the cards. He was groomed by ALEC as a "flash in the pan" - and not a career politician. That is just the way business works - outgrow your usefulness and they stick it to you instead of paying the retirements they promised (even in writing - right CUNA?).

Once done with that "caucus scandal" time for the arrest and trial of Temporary Governor Scott Walker and the rest of his ilk... for violations while County Executive in Milwaukee. It will takes years of trials, and then the Wisconsin Governor abuses will be addressed... lucky for the new mongers the recalls would have had him out of office anyway and Wisconsin will be moving to a brighter future with less corporate influence in OUR government.

"The Elephant In Scott Walker's Courtroom..."
(Even a visit to Superior will not change the FBI John Doe investigation.)

The National Guard can be called to help in Superior, but Walker would only consider that if he had a union uprising...Just a reminder where the Gov. is coming from. (The National Guard could be called now if needed for a real purpose.)

Seriously, just what the hell is the purpose of any politician to "visit" such an area?

People are in place to determine the extent of state aid. So be honest here, why does Walker or any high ranking politician (Obama included)
have to make an appearance?

Besides political BS?

That area voted 2-1 in favor of the recall. http://douglascountywi.org/Archive.aspx?...
No hurry for aid or a visit, and "No soup for you".
