Firefighters responding to multiple structure fire

MILTON TOWNSHIP—Janesville and Edgerton firefighters have responded to a house, garage and vehicle fire at 1716 E. Road 2 in Milton Township.
The fire was reported at 5:10 p.m. Friday, according to scanner chatter.
The reporting person reported hearing some sort of explosion and seeing smoke and flames from the garage.
Milton fire and rescue plus Edgerton fire were called to the scene.
By 5:15 p.m., the fire also was reported to have spread to a fence between 1716 E. Road 2 and 1722 E. Road 2.
