A second passenger in the car, Sabrina A. Hinde, 22, of Glendale Heights, Ill., and a passenger in the van, William F Binotti, 58, of Tinley Park, Ill., were reported transported for medical attention, but not other information about their conditions was available.

The driver and passengers of the Cavalier were wearing seatbelts.
