Police arrest Janesville woman on fourth OWI charge

JANESVILLE -- A Janesville woman was arrested on a charge of fourth-offense driving while intoxicated Thursday morning.
Melissa D. Rosenberg, 27, of 712 Eisenhower Ave., Janesville, was arrested around 12:45 a.m. in the 500 block of Prairie Avenue, Janesville, after an officer saw her speeding south on Milton Avenue, according to a police news release.
Rosenberg also was cited for operating after revocation and for having no insurance.
Rosenberg was taken to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center for a mandatory blood draw. Results of the test were not immediately available.
