Wis. AG aims to enforce union law during appeals
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen says he will seek permission to enforce a state law that effectively ended collective bargaining for public employees while his office appeals a judge’s ruling striking it down.
Van Hollen’s office said Saturday it will seek a stay of Dane County Circuit Judge Juan Colas’s decision overturning most of the law championed by Republican Gov. Scott Walker.
The Republican attorney general says his office believes the law is “constitutional in all respects.” Van Hollen says the law should “continue in effect as it has for more than a year while the appellate courts address the legal issues.”
Colas ruled Friday that the law violates the state and federal constitutions and is null and void. The governor’s office has said it will appeal.

This is how the left really feels about teachers. It happens time and time again to any conservative who dares to voice out opinion against union and leftist.
Good for Kristi appearing on TV this morning and standing strong against being forced back into chains and irons.

What part of limitations to free speech do the left fringe have a problem understanding? There is no "absolute" right without limitation(s).

Yada--you are a bold faced liar.
Relating to your clip, Walker was asked about 2 specific provisions in Act 10--not Act 10 as a whole. Next time link the entire clip which makes this much more clear. The full clip also highlights Denny make a complete fool out of himself by attacking the chair of the committee:) BTW....How's old Denny's political career doing right about now??:) You would have to be a complete idiot to believe that the school districts wouldn't save money by being released from bargaining with the unions...... Try to stay on point--and stop lying about what has been said......

Chicago teachers fear wave of school closings after strike
Please continue the law until the Wis. Supreme Court can uphold it because we don't want to lose these great teachers as in Milwaukee, Kenosha and Janesville-cities that rushed to sign.
Chicago teachers go from picket line to unemployement line.
SAVE THE TEACHERS!

yada: Seen the video. I disliked Walker before and the more I see him at work, the more I dislike him. And the reason he did not save the state any money is because he shifted the money from the teachers to the tax-cuts he gave to big money and his buddies.

Walker said that ending Collective Bargaining was required to balance the budget---NOT!!!!!
Now watch Walker his own words in front of U.S. Congress UNDER OATH saying that -->changing Collective bargaining has nothing to do with the budget - "IT DOESN'T SAVE ANY" Scott Walker said.

Walker & the AG don't care about the middle class --> reason being --> they are part of the new breed of EXTEMEME AGENDA Re-FIB-licans. The AG & Walker deserve each other and eventually ALL of citizens of Wisconsin AND the United States will see them for what they really are.The law should be struck down and it will end up in the Supreme Court of the U.S. There are so many reasons - It violates the rights of free speech, association, and equal protection. Walker is attempting to pit union worker against each other, shut down unions * take away their voice so his "DIVIDE AND CONQUER" strategy will prevail...ultimately it will not! Watch the sneaky Walker in his now famous video on turning Wisconsin into a RED STATE.
